Moreover, faced with the success generated by the announcement of this Céline Dion event tour, the organizers decided to add 10 new dates for May 2027. “New dates added, see you in Paris in 2027!“, wrote the widow of René Angélil on her social networks, before revealing that these concerts would take place from May 8 to 29. Obviously, many of the singer’s fans jumped at the opportunity to try to get a ticket, the first sale having brought together no less than nine million connections upon pre-registration.

A small detail had nevertheless been communicated: only the unlucky ones already pre-registered for the previous sale could try their luck again and as during the first sales, purchase is limited to six tickets per person. But two residents of Ille-et-Vilaine will be able to get two VIP tickets for one of the concerts as announced to us West France in an article dating from Thursday June 11. And for good reason, a parents’ association decided to win two VIP tickets for one of these performances during the raffle of a primary school located in Rennes. The lucky little ones will be able to greet the singer at Paris La Défense Arena during a concert she will give next October. In order to allow everyone to participate, more than 10,000 tickets were printed compared to 3,000 to 5,000 during other raffles.
Céline Dion: how did a mother obtain these precious tickets?
During the various concert ticket sales, six tickets were available for purchase per person. A mother was able to buy as many last April to allow lucky people to get two for the concert on October 14 following the raffle at her child’s establishment. “She kept four for her family and suggested that the parents’ association buy two at cost.”revealed to our colleagues Thomas Couasnon, the president of the association.
