At the origin of the project, we find Manon Sajous and Titouan Loustaunau, the co-presidents. Around them, 15 members, aged 23 to 26, make up the organization. The Chronofest association has its headquarters in Ménesplet, where several of them have their ties. “Five or six years ago, I dreamed of programming 24 hours of music. We ended up doing it,” confides Manon Sajous. For this second edition, the team was able to count on 69 volunteers.
Inclusion
Among the new features, a partnership has been established with the Menesplesian association La Fontaine des 2Â G, which has made available the place usually dedicated to gourmet meetings on Thursday evenings in summer. Local artisans and associations also entertained Saturday afternoon. On the refreshment side, the organizers have chosen to promote local products, with the support of local producers and suppliers.
The festival was also able to count on a large network of partners, as well as the support of the municipality. The Family Allowance Fund (CAF), the Mutualité sociale agricole (MSA) and the Region also provided their support within the framework of calls for projects aimed at young people. “It is a committed project that we wish to perpetuate with partnerships, by creating links,” said the co-president.
