Founded by Randolph Thomassian, an “autograph hunter”, All Autographs offers signed photos from the biggest celebrities in the world. Collected by the founder himself, these autographs are certified authentic.
It was almost by chance that it all started, in 2004, at the Deauville Film Festival. Randolph Thomassian discovers a little-known world: that of star autograph collectors, those enthusiasts who wait hours to obtain a signature at the bottom of a photo or in a notebook. Back in Paris, he in turn embarked on the “autograph hunt”. Passion becomes daily, methodical, strategic. In 2010, he created All Autographes, with the ambition of professionalizing an environment where, according to him, 90% of signatures sold on the internet are false. Faced with a context where counterfeiters face little legal challenge, he wants to reassure, legitimize and provide transparency. Because before being a reseller, he is a collector. And if he knows the value of a signature, he also knows the emotion it arouses. HAS” We’re all fans of someone. To own an autograph is to treat yourself to a souvenir, a concrete object of that person » explained Randolph.

An autograph hunter
His daily life? Being in the right place, at the right time. This requires a network, responsiveness and permanent availability, 365 days a year, while having the audacity to approach celebrities. He works mainly in Paris, but also in the United States, and has visited the Cannes Film Festival for a long time. Before each trip, the autograph hunter prepares carefully, making sure to always have A4 photos of celebrities he is likely to come across, sometimes card stock or even vinyl records. The icons evolve with current events and a death or dazzling success increases the value of the signature, but certain autographs remain timeless: Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Tom Hanks, Johnny Hallyday, Jean-Paul Belmondo, Brigitte Bardot, Jack Nicholson, Clint Eastwood, or even Paul McCartney, from whom he obtained around forty autographs during his career. He also remembers an impromptu meeting with Michael Jackson in Los Angeles, who signed a photo for him through the window of his car, or a falsely angry Bruce Willis, before signing while laughing.

More than 60,000 signatures
This attraction to autographs and his knowledge of the workings of the trade means that each signature sold on his site, All Autographs, has been obtained by himself, thus guaranteeing its authenticity. Today, the online store boasts 16 years of online existence, a catalog of 60,000 signed photos and nearly 1,000 new items each month. Cinema, music, sport, Nobel Prize, politics or even modeling, no universe is excluded, just type the name of a celebrity on the site’s search engine and the magic happens. And, if the autograph has an emotional value and a strong symbolism, it also remains an elegant and prestigious decorative object, if it is framed. All Autographs therefore offers a real little piece of history, to hang in your home.
