It’s the story of a class of Arles high school students who became filmmakers, over the course of a school year. It all started in September 2025 when Yacine Allami, professor of economics and management at Montmajour, heard about the organization of the very first Film Festival for professional high schools at the Aix-Marseille Academy. “I immediately said yes and assigned many hours of lessons, he says, won over by the project of Salma Sabri, professor in Sorgues (84). Even if we go beyond the school curriculum, it has great importance for the development of adolescents. They work in groups, their ability to express themselves orally… They are in the customer relations sector, that’s all they need ! If we are comfortable in front of a camera, we will necessarily be comfortable in a professional environment.“
For six months, 15 students in the second trades and customer relations class dedicated themselves to the creation of a short film. “We chose the theme of knowing how to be, indicates their teacher.
