The Family Cinema, the Feathered Dog and the Lyre of Chalindrey are offering a new film concert, Saturday June 6, at 2:30 p.m. It is based around the film “We, the Orchestra,” which presents an immersion into the heart of the Paris Philharmonic. It films each musician according to their point of view and their point of hearing. We thus understand how this whole machine works together to produce beauty. For once, it is the musician (and not the conductor as the poster suggests) who is the subject of the film, as an individual and especially as a member of the collective. A metaphor for work and society. The sound recording in Dolby 5.1 is fascinating. interactive will close the afternoon of June 6 and will be the last performance of the season for the large harmony orchestra of La Lyre.
However, this is far from being on vacation: the orchestra classes will be in concert on June 14, in Bourbonne-les-Bains, as part of the world premiere of five works by Thierry Deleruyelle for orchestral classes, on June 20, in Chalindrey, during the Music Festival and on June 28, with all the students who will perform at L’Estival 5 de la Lyre in Corgirnon.
Not counting the end-of-course concert on Friday, July 10, at 6 p.m., then the parade on the evening of July 13. The musical calendar is full.
