The craze for animated films continues. At the cinema, these productions attract young and old alike. There is also a new Pixar which has has been in the news lately. It will also soon land on Disney+.
The new animated film Jumpers is coming to Disney+
On March 4, cinemas showed the brand new animated film Jumpers. And the least we can say is that it was unanimously appreciated by many spectators. This is also why many are waiting to find it on streaming platforms.
As the Disneyphile site points out, the feature film generated more than $370 million in revenue worldwide. A satisfactory result which proves, once again, that Pixar continues to offer stories that appeal to young and old alike.
Daniel Chong is at the head of this project, while Nicole Paradis Grindle is responsible for production. But since its release in the cinema, some people can’t wait to find Mabel at home. Good news has also been announced.
To the delight of animation fans, Disney+ announced that Jumpers would join its catalog on June 3. Pixar also released a promotional video featuring Tom the Lizard to support this great news.
The film’s mascot appears displaying posters to celebrate the upcoming arrival of the feature film on Disney+. Unfortunately, it is a good news which does not concern all countries. And that’s where the rub lies.
French spectators, for example, will not be able to discover Jumpers on Disney+. They will have to wait much longer. Media chronology imposes specific delays between broadcast in cinemas and broadcast on streaming platforms.
Bad news for France
The film is not expected to arrive on Disney+ before December. The French will therefore have to wait several months before discovering Jumpers on the platform. As Disneyphile reports, there is still another solution.
The DVD and Blu-ray editions of Jumpers will released on July 8 in France. It is still a disappointment for those who were impatiently waiting to see the feature film land on Disney+.
