Without revolutionizing the field of animation, the adventures of Boog, a big clumsy bear, and Elliott, a talkative deer, nevertheless generate a good bit of sympathy. And this, thanks to a good-natured story and its colorful tandem which provide some effective gags, while also counting on the very honorable graphic work of Sony Pictures Animation.
