It’s another summer full of concerts and artists which is offered by the Cave à musique from May 21 to July 16.
Every Thursday, the courtyard at 119, rue Boullay will host several aperitif-concerts and other musical events, without forgetting several concerts organized at the house of the large Solutré site (May 29, Colombian music with the Aïtawa group from Lyon), at the Cave de Lugny (June 5, Balkan music – Maconov Orkestar brass band from Mâcon and polyphonic songs of the world), at the music school of Charnay-lèsMâcon (June 27, afro-beat fusion with Astroficus) and at La Mine de Romanèche-Thorins (gypsy-inspired music with the Tutti Bueni group from Lyon).
Jazz, rock, techno, rap…
The Music Cellar will also be present on the square in front of the Crescent jazz club in Mâcon during the Music Festival with concerts by Jey Khemeya (rhythm and blues), Siwane (Arab-Andalusian music) and Poésies de dépôt (French song).
Latin dance enthusiasts will be able to enjoy the evening organized by the Ola Latina association (June 18) to the Afro-Cuban salsa rhythms of the Colectivo Caliente, as will rock fans thanks to the Fast & Loud association on July 16 (The Boogaleros-garage and The Segments-glam rock, Lyon).
The Ils Scènent association in turn offers a mime and clown show with the Sivouplait Company from Japan on June 21.
On July 2, the Duch association invites the Dijon artist Romanée (electro song).
Rap fans will have their evening on May 28 with rappers SMAA and Laradji de Villefranche and DJ Yami Sanders, as will techno fans on June 4 (Olrod and Freeze), or calypso, rumba and samba with Local Sunrise on June 25.
Apéro des fiertés
The pride aperitif will return to the Cave à musique on June 11 with electro-pop music (Eustache McQueer, Edgar La Nuit, Ariane) and an associative village around gender diversity and which will celebrate the memory of Fabrice Couturier.
Another evening, this time under the sign of African music with a brass band from Benin, will be offered on July 9 in partnership with the French Red Cross to finance a project of this organization in Benin.
The summer season will be launched on May 21 with carte blanche for volunteers, special 80’s with The Rondells, a Lyon garage rock and surf rock group and Silk & Velvet (electro soul from Chalon-sur-Saône).
A bar and barbecue catering will accompany all the concerts in the courtyard of the Music Cellar. Free entry. The complete program is available on the website cavazik.org
