A decision similar to that rendered at first instance in 2024, but accompanied by additional sanctions: withdrawal of parental authority over his other daughter who is still a minorban on carrying out an activity involving minors for five years and registration in the register of perpetrators of sexual offenses. He will also have to compensate the victims and no longer has the right to contact them.
