After a successful “Spring of Orchestras” at the end of April in Jarnac, director Grégoire Feybesse intends to continue this collaborative and fraternal spirit by mobilizing all 440 students and 22 teachers of the structure. The first of two scheduled concerts will kick off this week, with Trio Cemali performing on May 7th at 8:30 pm in Javrezac. The concert will feature romantic piano, violin, and cello Trio by Chausson, followed by the more playful Trio by Russian composer Shostakovich.
The second concert on June 25th at the Abattoirs will feature a rock trio composed of Agnès Jacquier on drums, Pauline Josselin on bass, and Laurent Jacquier on guitar. They will offer timeless titles with rhythm and energy. These concerts will be paid (5€), but free for children under 12 and minor students at the Conservatory.
Open house events will take place on May 30th from 9:30 am to 6 pm, allowing visitors to discover the instruments taught and meet the teachers. The month of June will be particularly busy, with events such as theater performances and the end-of-year concert.
