For years, the actress rejected the idea of a facelift, despite her growing insecurities. Already having undergone breast surgery at 19, she noticed her neck sagging over the years but hesitated to take the plunge. “Being in the spotlight since my 20s, people know what I look like; I can’t hide a facelift,” she explained to Allure.
The turning point came in her Beverly Hills surgeon’s office where she saw before and after photos from Dr. Ben Talei, a facial specialist. He suggested a comprehensive plan: deep facelift, brow lift, upper eyelid surgery, lip lift at the corners, and fat transfer. “She looks calmer, happier, and brighter now,” commented the doctor.

After waking up, Denise Richards found the experience less painful than expected, except for her forehead after the brow lift, causing “the worst headache I’ve ever had.” With her head bandaged and drains removed the next day, she spent a week in a recovery center with red light therapy, hyperbaric chamber, and massages.
