Following the recent municipal elections which saw Jérôme Laffon re-elected as mayor of Frouzins, the list of administrators of the Communal Social Action Council (CCAS) for the years 2026-2032 underwent a partial reshuffle. In accordance with the Social Action and Families Code, the number of members on this board is set at 16 (in addition to the mayor). Eight of them must be elected by the municipal council from one or more candidate lists. Furthermore, eight “external” members are appointed by the mayor, who is the legal president of the CCAS, based on proposals. Concerning the municipal council, only one list was presented, led by Laure Jacquemond, deputy for solidarity. The eight members of this list were unanimously elected by the 29 members (majority and opposition) sitting in the municipal council. In the order of presentation on the list, they are: Laure Jacquemond, Nathalie Tranier, Anne-Marie Labeur, Patrice Portet, Aurélie Charlot, Serge Peyronnet, Cédric Falcou, and Dominique Navarro. The appointed external members are: Alain Rouaix (representing Frouzins Bonne Action); Nadine Enderlin (representing elderly and retired people in the department); Suzette Roure (representing the Association Vivre En Cœur); Sylvie Laffon (representing the Frouzins Solidarity Blood Donation Association); Anne-Marie Hugouvieux; Christine Bertrand; Guislaine Rigolot; Marie-Jo Chazallet (all representing the civil society).
