The community council of the Lalbenque-Limogne region met on Thursday, April 23, at the Jean-Jacques Chapou hall. The session focused on the internal organization of the intermunicipal entity, including the election of delegates to various organizations and the definition of working commissions.

Regarding the function allowances, the legal framework was reiterated: for this population stratum, the annual budget is capped at €77,319. With the council approving the appointment of seven vice-presidents and one delegated councilor, the allocation will be distributed with a rate of 40% for the president (up to a maximum of 41.25%), 15.45% for the vice presidents, and 8.50% for the delegated councilor.

Financially, the officials approved a budget amendment (DM1) to adjust the accounts based on the current financial realities. In addition, several delegations of power were granted to the president and the board. Although the law requires a debate on the creation of a governance pact, the officials from Lalbenque-Limogne chose not to develop one at this time.

Finally, the project for a multidisciplinary health center in Limogne is progressing. To finance the estimated works of €910,674 excluding taxes, Europe has been asked to contribute 18.6% (€170,000, Feder funds). The rest of the funding comes from the state (€500,000, 54.9%), the Lot department (€136,773, 15%), and the Regional Health Agency (€100,000, 11%), with the remaining amount covered by self-financing of €3,900.

In the social aspect, the project proposal for social connections and innovation from Carsat has also been approved.
