At the approach of the summer conference season, ActuGaming is preparing for the 2026 edition of its AG French Direct, which promises to bring us some nice surprises this year.
Time flies, and before we know it, we are at the gates of the second half of May. Slowly but surely, this means that we are dangerously close to the period of summer conferences, where many publishers will speak at events like the Summer Game Fest, State of Play, Xbox Games Showcase, and Nintendo Direct. Let’s not forget our AG French Direct, which will kick off the festivities on May 27 at 6 pm.
AG French Direct Soon Back for a New Edition
Indeed, the event organized by our colleagues at ActuGaming will once again return this year for a brand-new edition, showcasing dozens of independent games with new trailers, undisclosed announcements, interviews, and more. This time around, over 40 French and Francophone games are expected, including productions from Sol Brothers, Dear Villagers, Rebel Pixel, New Tales, Arte, and Sunny Side Games.
This is just a small sample of all the studios participating in the event, which will extend beyond the conference itself. Just like in previous years, AG French Direct will also provide players with over 25 playable demos on Steam, allowing them to try out some of the showcased titles. Judging by previous line-ups, there is no doubt that many gems will be included.
From MIO Memories in Orbit to CAIRN, Hell is Us, and Ravenswatch, AG French Direct has proven its ability to highlight some of the best independent and Francophone games released in recent years. As usual, the 2026 edition will be available on ActuGaming’s official channels, including YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook, followed by a full recap and additional information on their website. A great appetizer before the Summer Game Fest on June 5.
