The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame announced its 2026 class of inductees on Monday night, with a diverse list of performers including a variety of genres and backgrounds. Among the eight inductees are notable figures like Phil Collins, Billy Idol, Iron Maiden, Joy Division/New Order, Oasis, Sade, Luther Vandross, and Wu-Tang Clan.
Phil Collins, known for his successful solo career after his time with Genesis, will be recognized for his impact on the music industry. The induction ceremony is set to take place on Nov. 14 in Los Angeles, with streaming available on ABC and Disney+ in December.
Other inductees include Billy Idol, Iron Maiden, Joy Division/New Order, Oasis, Sade, Luther Vandross, and Wu-Tang Clan, each with their own unique contributions to the music world. Additionally, artists like Queen Latifah, MC Lyte, Gram Parsons, Linda Creed, Arif Mardin, Jimmy Miller, Rick Rubin, and Ed Sullivan will also be honored in various categories.
The Rock Hall continues to expand its definition of rock icons, recognizing artists from different genres and eras, highlighting the diverse and influential impact of music on society.
