In Scaër, the Catalans from Montgai (Spain) continued their discovery of Brittany, with a visit to Huelgoat and the Valley of the Saints (Côtes-d’Armor) on Sunday June 7. Monday June 8, despite the rain and still accompanied by their hosts from Scaërois, they discovered the Isole valley and visited the organic dairy farm of Penquelen Huella.

Introduction to crepes and Breton balls

The afternoon was spent at the bowling alley where the Catalan visitors learned to make crepes, played Breton boules and met the managers of the nearby campsite. A pancake meal was organized during an evening full of emotions. Tuesday June 9 in the morning the Catalans were on the start.
Their links with their hosts in Scaërois were strengthened during their stay. They were hosted by members of the twinning committee, a practice they are not used to and which they liked.
After a group photo in front of the fresco painted in the Montgai car park, rue de Kerjégu, the time had come to return to Catalonia. The Scaërois twinning committee will now work on the next trip to Montgai.
