An order from the Minister of Culture, published in the Official Journal on June 6, ratifies the entry of Juliette Guépratte into her cabinet, retroactively, since May 18, 2026. Remember that Catherine Pégard’s chief of staff, since the beginning of March, is none other than Luc Allaire, a regular at rue de Valois, where he has been general secretary since 2020.
Juliette Guépratte assumes the role of advisor in charge of artistic and cultural education, teaching and territories.
A historian of modern and contemporary art, she was notably head of the public service (2012-2023) and director of strategy (2018-2023) at the Louvre-Lens. From January 2023, she becomes responsible for institutional communication for the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs of the Hauts-de-France region.
She was also an auditor as part of the Cycle des Hautes Etudes de la Culture (CHEC), placed with the Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture, and teaches at Sciences Po Lille to students of the Master 2 Management of Cultural Institutions.
