Sharing, culture and ecology with Festina Lente
Carrying strong values based on live entertainment, sharing and ecology, the nomadic project “Festina Lente” will stop for four days in Paimpol at the end of next week. On board a 16 m sailboat, transformed into a stage boat, the Artquipage collegiate will offer theatrical and artistic representations as well as workshops open to all, on the boat and directly on the Quai Neuf. All of these meetings will be completely free, aimed at an audience of all generations. A specific circus workshop will even be offered at the Quinic autonomy residence.
A very dense artistic program
Les Glénans launch the Sea FestivalAt the same time, the Les Glénans sailing school is launching the first edition of the Fête de la Mer, with the City and Eskale d’Armor. The objective is to highlight the local maritime sectors, its trades and its rich heritage. On Friday June 12, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., activities and visits to exhibitions at the Halle maritime will be reserved for schoolchildren. “We were inspired by what Viv’Armor can do with the Natur’Armor festival,” explain the organizers. And that everyone finds a place to talk about their job, their passion. » From Friday, at 4 p.m., and throughout the day of Saturday June 13 (from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.), the general public will be able to enjoy a variety of activities on the Quai Neuf and in the pools. 25 structures in total are expected, with space and workshops for all. And readings, too, for children from 3 years old.
