From the acrobatic show “Another Story”, which questions the making of legends in the post-truth era, to the group exhibition “Transmutations” dedicated to the links between abstraction and perception, including the engaged works of Claudia Montanari and “Stella Maris” with Éric Elmosnino, several events explore the relationships between fiction, memory and reality

Another story

The Balthazar Circus Arts Center has been supporting the Printemps des Comédiens for a long time, performing shows under its big top. With Another Story, between acrobatics, lifts and collective movements, the circus artists explore the making of legends in the post-truth era, questioning the stories that shape our imagination. Between facts, rumors and inventions, they energetically question the border between reality and fiction.

Jusqu’au samedi 13 juin à 20 h. Domaine d’O, Montpellier. Tarif : 8 à 16 €.

“Transmutations”, exposition collective à la galerie Cilas.

Galerie Liminal and Galerie Cilas are joining forces to offer “Transmutations”, a collective exhibition bringing together fourteen artists. Through a selection of works dominated by monochrome, the exhibition explores the links between abstraction, writing, geometry and perception. Despite varied projects, the artists share the same thoughts on the transformation of signs, form and space, offering a visual journey that is as rigorous as it is sensitive.

Du samedi 13 juin au samedi 1er août, de 10 h 30 à 18 h. Galerie Cilas, 3 rue du Lantissargues, Montpellier. Enter the book.
