Returning to Regional 2 next season after a difficult season, having lost senior players from the club project during the previous off-season, AS Passage will try to bounce back with an experienced squad which has been getting stronger and stronger since the announcement of Clément’s return to his favorite club. Father.

The versatile 9-15 winger-scorer announced very early on his comeback to ASP, the club which saw him start at rugby school. Clément Péré wanted to join a whole group of players wanting to play together again under the same tunic, with Tom Crosetta, who returned in recent seasons to Théo-Roland.

With players coming from Fédérale 1 behind, a little more experience was needed up front, hence the arrival of “Toto” Gaston. The surprise, and perhaps not the last, is the confirmation of the arrival of Damien Cler, the former rugby sevens international from RC Bon-Encontre Boé, also French champion with AS Layrac. “We didn’t call all the players. They are the ones who call us to come,” explains co-president Fred Da Costa, who does not complain about the attraction for his club and the project to perpetuate it in Regional 1, or even better.
