CHRONICLE – While the Choose France summit opened in Versailles this Monday, it was the images of the violence in Paris after PSG’s victory that caught the attention of foreign media. A new example of the deterioration of France’s international image.
At the Château de Versailles, an emblematic place of French prestige, was held on Monday 1isJune 2026, the 9th edition of the Choose France summit. The President of the Republic was able to announce a confirmed amount of 93 billion euros of new foreign investments in France.
The first investors are the large infrastructure groups linked to artificial intelligence, notably data centers, due to the very competitive price of electricity in France, the high level of its engineers, and the quality of its public equipment.
France has grasped the challenges of the technological revolution of artificial intelligence and is not letting the train pass by, thanks to the advantage of its powerful nuclear industry, inherited from Gaullo-Pompidolism. Very innovative companies, such as the Japanese SoftBank or the Dutch Nebius, have understood this and decided to invest massively in our country.
