The Choiseul Institute launched this first edition of the “Top 40 in Defense”, placed under the sponsorship of the Minister of the Armed Forces and Veterans, Catherine Vautrin, on April 21. 40 people were selected from among industrialists from the world of defense, and military personnel from the ministry, people who contribute, through their responsibilities and commitments, to strengthening the French defense effort. Among them, the chief commissioner of 2ème Anne-Laure class appears in the prize list.

The theme chosen for this first edition is centered on the war economy: this subject is not unknown for the CRC2 Anne-Laure. As part of his Master 2 Supply chain international at the University of Paris-Dauphine, obtained in 2024, she worked on “the transition to war economics of supply chain “, based on the example of the Commissariat of the Armed Forces. Today, in the planning office of the operational staff of the Armed Forces Commission, she actively participates in planning work to support operations, missions and exercises.

After a launch at the Brienne hotel, thematic meetings will punctuate the year. The first, organized in May, focused on human resources in the war economy, a crucial subject for the Ministry of the Armed Forces and manufacturers. For Anne-Laure, these exchanges are an opportunity to see that the structural challenges are common between the ministry and private actors, and that the levers are often similar. This dynamic allows the Armed Forces Commission to make its voice heard on a subject at the heart of issues of sovereignty and national resilience.

Moreover, “Being present at the heart of the 40 of Defense makes it possible to highlight the issues of operational support, to promote the action of the Armed Forces Commission†she specifies.
