The event will bring together young musicians and several recognized artists from the international classical scene around a program focused on transmission and dialogue between generations. For a week, concerts and meetings will take place in several emblematic places in the region, notably at the Château du Clos de Vougeot, in the courtyard of the Hôtel-Dieu des Hospices de Beaune, at the Abbey of Saint-Vivant and at the Château de Meursault. The program will alternate between chamber music, symphony evenings and tastings offered by different Burgundian wine estates.
Since its creation, the Musique & Vin association at Clos Vougeot has also carried out support actions in favor of young artists. Through its Instrumental Fund, it participates in the financing and lending of instruments made by renowned luthiers, while awarding grants intended to support the artistic projects of emerging musicians. The fund now has more than twenty violins, violas and cellos made available to young talents.
In parallel with its 18th edition, the “Music & Wine at Clos Vougeot” festival will organize two auctions intended to support the financing of its actions in favor of young musicians. The funds raised will contribute in particular to the development of the Instrumental Fund, the awarding of scholarships and the financing of Young Talent concerts. The first sale will take the form of an online auction, which will be organized from June 15 to 30, 2026. The second sale will take place on June 28, after the closing concert of the festival. Around fifteen prestigious lots will be presented to bidders.
