Recently in Marssac-sur-Tarn, Thomas Taillefer, an apprentice in the professional certificate for youth, popular education, and physical activities for all at the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Cunac, organized an inclusive football tournament as part of his training.

As part of this initiative, Johan Dufieux, a sports educator at a specialized center for hearing-impaired individuals, brought together hearing-impaired youth and dysphasic youth for a moment of sharing around football.

For individuals with mental, psychological, or autistic disabilities, participation in adapted sports within the Sports Adapt program promotes social inclusion, a necessary step towards successful integration. On the field, licensed youth and children supported by the Bon Saveur Foundation in Albi shared a adapted sports moment for everyone, despite hearing impairments or language disorders.

Differences disappeared to make way for the joy of playing, meeting, and cooperating. A moment marked by sharing, enjoyment, and inclusion. This project fully illustrates the strength of the training network in Cunac with real-life situations, projects anchored in the needs of the community, and practices tailored to diverse audiences.

The apprentices not only supervise, but also design inclusive and civic actions. Alongside the Albi Marssac Tarn Football ASPTT club and the District of Tarn, this initiative reflects the commitment of CMA Occitanie to train professionals who use sports for inclusion and make training a lever for inclusion.
