2026 edition marked by record fleet

Organized from April 22 to 26, 2026 in La Grande Motte, the International Multihull Boat Show once again brought together a large part of the global ecosystem of the sector. Shipyards, architects, equipment manufacturers, service companies, and visitors from around the world gathered around a segment that continues to gain strength in yachting.

An increasingly international show
If the organizers report a 5% overall decrease in attendance, this slight decrease was largely offset by a record level of international visitors. The show welcomed visitors from 27 European countries, as well as North America, South America, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Australia. This international dynamic is expected to further strengthen in future editions. The organizers now aim to highlight a different country at each event, in order to provide a more precise insight into the various nautical industries worldwide.

A redesigned layout to better accommodate visitors
The 2026 edition was also marked by a new organization of the visitor route. The opening of a 3rd marina improved access to the exhibited boats and the exhibitors’ village. The new entrance, closer to the city center, as well as the implementation of a free electric shuttle, were particularly appreciated. These adjustments reflect the show’s desire to support its growth while maintaining a smooth experience, despite the increasing number of boats and the diversity of profiles present.

The multihull market is diversifying
Beyond the numbers, the 2026 edition confirmed the vitality of multihulls, now one of the most dynamic segments in yachting. The Multihull Design & Innovation Area brought together naval architects, startups, and equipment manufacturers around the major trends shaping the sector.

From inspiration to purchase
The show is not just a showcase of innovations. It also accompanies all stages of a nautical project, from the first discovery of multihulls to the purchase, refit, or integration of new technologies. Visitors can find both manufacturers and specialists in equipment, maintenance, and onboard services. This ability to bring together buyers, owners, shipyards, and experts in one place makes the La Grande Motte event a privileged observatory of the market.

Looking ahead to 2027
By closing its 2026 edition, the International Multihull Boat Show confirms its status as an international reference event exclusively dedicated to multihulls, both sail and motor. In a sector driven by innovation, internationalization, and changing trends, the event retains a strategic position. The next edition will once again be held in La Grande Motte in April 2027.
