Here are the upcoming events at the Vernon cinema (Eure).

Environment

On Friday 24th April, at 8:30 pm, the Vernon cinema is screening Animus Femina (single rate of 6.50 euros).

The film Animus Femina gives voice to four women with diverse backgrounds and universes (a scientist, a hermit, an artist, and a veterinarian), offering four unique and complementary perspectives on our relationship with the natural world. Through their voices, a plural and profoundly human vision of life emerges, echoing the values of our partner association Cap au vert, which details: “Animus Femina offers a polyphonic and deeply humane reflection on the living world.”

Members of the association will be present to discuss their actions before the screening. Additionally, a book stand focusing on fauna and flora will be set up in the lobby by La Compagnie des Livres.

In May

Join us in May for a screening of The Devil Wears Prada. The screening is scheduled for Saturday, 2nd May, at 8:30 pm, featuring a fashion show of clothing, shoes, and accessories at the beginning of the session with Zalia boutique of Vernon.

Finally, on Tuesday, 5th May at 8 pm, the documentary Let’s Be Crazy will be screened in the presence of Amaury Pascaud, the film’s producer.

The documentary, released in 2025, explores the theme of mental health: “A team of individuals struggling with mental disorders embarks on a wild adventure: creating an action film. Despite the challenges, kindness and collective energy give hope to move mountains.”
