Bpifrance supported 3,407 Normandy companies in 2025

In 2025, Bpifrance in Normandy supported more than 3,407 companies with a total amount of €828 million, mobilizing €2.2 billion in public and private funding.

Specifically, €158 million was allocated to 378 projects to support growth and transformation in the industrial sector. The ecological and energy transition benefited from €31 million in climate loans and the commitment of 112 companies to the Coq Vert community.

The “Entrepreneuriat Quartiers 2030” program supported 2,385 entrepreneurs in priority neighborhoods, representing a 60% increase compared to 2024.

“Our action is based on a logic of proximity, continuity, and usefulness: being present where companies need us, at the right time, with appropriate responses. Industry, innovation, climate transitions, entrepreneurship: these priorities guide our daily interventions,” declared Emilie Dhellin and Quentin Guyard, regional directors of Bpifrance in Normandy.

Loans with and without guarantees reached €275 million and €176 million respectively, benefiting over 300 companies. Bank guarantees supported 3,051 companies with over €200 million, including €20 million dedicated to the Green Guarantee for ecological projects.

Innovation and investment Innovation support affected 111 companies for €38 million, including €1.9 million through Plan Deeptech and France 2030. Direct development capital investment reached €16 million for 6 companies, complemented by €205 million invested in 11 regional and interregional funds.

Export activity increased by 40% with €113 million deployed, thanks in particular to Export Insurance and Credit Insurance. SME advisory services were strengthened, with 243 companies supported, 223 advisory missions, and 46 climate diagnostics conducted in partnership with ADEME.

Bpifrance supported 4,817 project leaders and 2,529 entrepreneurs, with €4 million in honor loans and the “Entrepreneuriat Quartiers 2030” program for entrepreneurs in priority neighborhoods.

In 2025, the Normandy Region and Bpifrance mobilized over €14 million to support 80 companies through innovation grants and loan guarantees. The Normandie PME Accelerator launched its first cohort of 13 companies.
