Renowned journalist of the small screen, Pascale de La Tour du Pin has built a solid career over the years, marked by back and forth between news channels and entertainment shows. She has worked notably at BFMTV, where she was a long-time host of the morning show, as well as at LCI and more recently C8, showing her ability to adapt to very different environments. While her foray into lighter formats allowed her to gain spontaneity and ease in front of the camera, she remains deeply committed to news, which is her DNA. Her recent return to the helm of BFMTV’s morning show is not a coincidence; it fits logically, almost like a return to her roots. Looking back, she fully embraces these choices, believing that each experience has helped her progress and refine her style, even those that may have seemed distant from her core profession.
On a more intimate note, Pascale de La Tour du Pin also shared how she found love again, somewhat unexpectedly. As she revealed on April 4, 2026, in the show “On refait la télé” on RTL, it all started with a challenge from her friend Estelle Denis at a time when she was going through a difficult period after her divorce. “It was a bet that turned into something long-lasting,” she explained. At that time, she wasn’t quite ready to start a new relationship, “not at all,” but her friend’s little provocation, “you’re not even capable!” eventually made her give in. What was supposed to be a simple one-night date ended up taking a different turn. “The idea was to have a coffee, take a quick selfie to send to him, and then next! Something happened…I fell into my own trap,” she said with a smile. An unexpected, almost impromptu meeting that ultimately changed many things in her life.
Finally, the journalist also addressed a professional choice that sparked discussion: her refusal to follow Cyril Hanouna in his new venture on W9 after the end of C8. While some thought she would continue in entertainment, she chose otherwise. The reason? An inadequate fit with the proposed role, as well as a clear understanding of her own limitations. “I don’t have that talent, it’s not at all my style,” she acknowledged frankly to Télé-Loisirs on Friday, April 3, 2026. She also mentioned that there wasn’t really a space for a show that suited her, which influenced her decision. Instead of spreading herself thin, Pascale de La Tour du Pin chose to return to what she knows best: information. A deliberate choice, in line with her background and current desires, confirming her preference for coherence over mere visibility. And apparently, she has no regrets.
