Prime Minister Lê Minh HÆ°ng is the permanent vice-chairman of the Steering Committee. The other two vice-chairmen of the Steering Committee are National Assembly Chairman Tồn Thanh Mán and permanent member of the Party Central Committee Tồn Ä á»‹n Tu.
Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung serves as a permanent member of the steering committee.
