The Orange le Coudoulet shopping center hosts for 3 days a forum dedicated to army professions with nearly 16,000 positions to be filled.
The operation, which takes place from Thursday June 18 to Saturday June 20, is carried out in partnership with the armed forces information and recruitment center (CIRFA) Terre, the Paris Fire Brigade (BSPP) and the veterans’ association.
On the program: exchanges with professionals in the sector, discovery of the diversity of courses offered by the armed forces and access to nearly 16,000 job offers in around a hundred specialties.
Recruitment: the defense has its say
Nine stands will be set up in the shopping mall and 6 others in the parking lot will allow visitors to meet directly with representatives of the different units and organizations present. The teams will answer all questions about training, conditions of engagement and the many careers accessible within the armed forces.
Will be present in particular the 19ᵉ engineer regiment, the 25ᵉ air engineer regiment, the 27ᵉ alpine hunter battalion, the 4ᵉ materiel regiment, the 52ᵉ Aid Company heavy deployment, the 54th artillery regiment, the CIRFA of the Army, the Navy and the Air and Space Force, as well as the Avignon gendarmerie.
A life-size immersion for young and old
Furthermore, beyond the recruitment component, the forum will offer an exceptional exhibition of military vehicles in the shopping center parking lot. Visitors will be able to discover a Griffon armored vehicle, gendarmerie motorcycles, multi-purpose logistics carriers (PPLOG) as well as Mistral posts.
Young and old will have the opportunity to board several of these vehicles and interact with their crews, thus offering a concrete immersion in the missions and equipment of the armed forces.
