Carried out with the support of real estate consultancy Parella, this implementation aims to improve the accessibility of the headquarters for employees, customers and partners, but also to support the evolution of the NXO organization. The new premises include collaborative spaces and a showroom, with the aim of encouraging cross-functional work between teams.
This establishment comes as NXO continues its rise in activities with the highest added value. In 2024, the company achieved €330 million in turnover, up 5.5%, with an operating profit of €11.2 million, up 15%. Its network, IT infrastructure and cybersecurity activities now represent more than half of its turnover, including around 20% for security alone.
The new headquarters also brings together the teams of NXO, NXO Experts, its subsidiary specializing in consulting and services, and iDNA, a cybersecurity consulting and engineering firm acquired in February 2026. This acquisition brought the integrator around forty additional specialists and €6.5 million in turnover. NXO today has 1,200 employees and 36 locations in mainland France and the overseas territories.
