On Sunday, May 3, 2026, the Brazilian sport club took part in the 10th edition of the Futuracup in Ploërmel (56). Every year, this Brazilian jiu-jitsu competition brings together children starting from 5 years old, teenagers, and women from the western region, as stated by the Crozonnais club. They mentioned that seven children and a female player made the trip. It was a great opportunity for five girls who competed for the first time. Eléanor Lemel won the gold medal after two fights at the age of 6, Léonie Meunier, 7 years old, Oriane Sabot, 9 years old, and Lauriane Dehors, 11 years old, secured the 3rd place on the podium, while Suzy Chaignaud, 8 years old, just missed the podium.
Among the more experienced participants, there were also good results. Clément Danion, 15 years old, gave his all to secure a bronze medal in the heavy category. Erwann Lemen and Carole Person returned with a silver medal.
It was a first for the Brazilian sport club, which teamed up with the NBJJA club from Bourg-des-Comptes (35) under the banner of Infinity. “The team placed second in the team ranking podium.”
