The Sports, Youth, and Community Life mission consists of four programs:
– 163: Youth and Community Life,
– 219: Sports,
– 350: 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games
– and 385: 2030 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.
These programs fall under the same ministry, responsible for sports, youth, and community life. In contrast with the LOLF, it does not include support credits, such as expenses for central and decentralized personnel, which are linked to budgetary program 214 – Support for the national education policy of the School Education mission. During the past few years, the mission’s credits have experienced a dynamic period due to preparations for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, as well as the increase in youth programs like the National Universal Service (SNU). In 2025, this trend faced a halt: the mission’s credits approved in the 2025 Budget were reduced by 8.9% in AE and 17.2% in CP compared to those approved in the 2024 Budget, amounting to 1566.01 M€ in AE and 1498.66 M€ in CP.

1. Establish a mechanism to invalidate acquired rights for the citizen engagement account (DJEPVA, DB).
