The hundred vehicles exhibited at M24 will all have a glorious past. Some of the rarest items will accompany them, such as the racing suits of Ayrton Senna (three-time F1 world champion) and Jacky Ickx (six-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans), which will be at the heart of this dedicated space to the legends. This also includes the incredible Rudge-Whitworth Cup, the trophy from the first edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1923.

In addition, a collection of 4,800 miniatures – replicas of all the cars that have participated in the 24 Hours since 1923 – is currently being finalized by volunteers.

A completely M24 philosophy

Due to its legitimacy at the circuit gates, M24 will celebrate a living heritage. The richness of the collections – dating from the late 19th century to the present day – combined with the grandeur of the project will make it a reference in the world of motorsport.

A full-fledged tourist destination, M24 will be an essential place to understand the identity of Le Mans or how this legendary race forever marks those who have witnessed or participated in it. A place of emotion and transmission, M24 will share its passion for motor racing throughout the year.

M24 will be a museum in motion, immersive, resolutely focused on emotion. Exceptional models will be exhibited, as well as the soul of over a century of motorsports, shaped by the remarkable destinies of dozens of men, telling the battles, victories, and defeats that have elevated them to legendary status. The diversity of its content will allow anyone to find themselves there, from longtime enthusiasts to novices who want to discover the incredible history of this place during a visit to Le Mans.

The values that M24 conveys are self-transcendence, innovation, and audacity.

M24 – Museum of Motor Sport will open its doors on Thursday, May 28, 2026.
