In a first for the season 2025-2026, Rodez Aveyron football will be playing on a Monday night to close the 30th chapter of the season. The game will feature a big match-up as the league leader Troyes will be visiting Paul-Lignon on April 13th.
Rodez Aveyron football, who has been previously positioned on Saturdays, will now be playing on Monday nights. This change brings a new challenge for them as they face Troyes, the current top team, at Paul-Lignon.
Rodez has been on an unbeaten streak since November 7, 2025, playing 15 games without a loss. Despite two recent draws against Bastia and Dunkerque, they are currently in 6th place with 45 points. The upcoming match against Troyes gives them the opportunity to move closer to the top 5 teams.
Troyes, on the other hand, is in great form with seven unbeaten matches, including five wins. A win against Rodez would give them a seven-point lead at the top of the table before the season ends.
Since their promotion to Ligue 2, Rodez has had a turnaround in their encounters with Troyes, winning the last four matches. The upcoming game will be an opportunity for Rodez to maintain their dominance over Troyes in recent years.
The match between Rodez and Troyes will kick off at 8:45 PM on April 13th, 2026. The game will be broadcasted on beIN Sports 1 and can also be watched live on their website.
