OCVIBE, l’ énorme leisure district project from Orange County, is making strides towards a highly anticipated Phase 1 opening in early 2027. This 100-acre, $5 billion project is redeveloping the space around you Honda Center d’Anaheim, by adding a new concert hall that can accommodate 5,000 people, a huge urban park and a superb gastronomic market.
An update on June 15 revealed the latest addition to the OCVIBE master plan: a partnership with office space operator Kiln à The Weave, the office building d’OCVIBE of 168,000 square feet.
Kiln will occupy an entire floor, which he will transform into a state-of-the-art workspace focused on welcome, flexibility and community.

Kiln at The Weave
Kiln is a coworking and office space brand which has more than 20 locations open or under development across the Western United States, providing flexible workspaces to members from more than 2,000 companies.
At OCVIBE, Kiln will create a range of spaces accessible via coworking subscriptions, including private offices, team suites, studios, meeting rooms, event spaces and meeting places.
The Weave est un 168,000 square foot LEED Gold certified building, with an indoor-outdoor layout including private terraces and easily integrated into the rest of the OCVIBE campus. This six-story building is located next to the Honda Center and within walking distance of ARTIC (Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center).
“Kiln at The Weave” will open its doors after the launch, in early 2027, of the first projects of phase 1 of OCVIBE.

OCVIBE is a $5 billion project with major projects on its 100 acre campus. Phase 1 projects will be launched début 2027, including the following highly anticipated attractions:
- Katella Commons: a 50,000 square foot gourmet market featuring 21 chef-led kitchens and 6 bars and lounges
- OCVIBE concert hall: a 5,000-seat, 18,000 square foot performance hall
- The Weave: a 168,000 square foot office building housing the Kiln coworking space
- Urban park and first public square: the first parts of the 20-acre park and square spaces planned by OCVIBE
- Parking infrastructure: new multi-storey parking lots, including the Katella and Cerritos parking lots already in operation, as well as the River Garage, which will open soon near the Honda Center
- Programme d’art public: a collection of more than 70 artistic installations integrated into the OCVIBE campus
