The Music Festival, Saturday 20, constitutes a unifying and popular cultural event, encouraging meetings between residents, amateur and professional artists as well as the numerous associative actors who bring the region to life. It is the result of collective work bringing together Le Ruban vert, l’Espérance mareuillaise, Coup de Pouce, the associative cafés Au Coin du Marché and Lézidéfuz, La Grande Métairie, Mareuil animations, Noutousse, Les Amis de Saint-Pardoux, the leisure center without accommodation and the media library. Everyone imagined a varied program aimed at promoting local cultural practices while encouraging the participation of as many people as possible.
The program
This Monday, June 15: primary school choral concert, at 3 p.m. in the village hall; concert by the Junior Orchestra and the Espérance Mareuillaise choir, at 6 p.m. at the Salle Jeanne-d’Arc.
Mardi 16 : musical interventions with the choir of La Grande Métairie and singing, guitar, violin and accordion training on the market.
Wednesday the 17th : concert by the La Grande Métairie choir, at 6 p.m. on the Place du Marché.
Jeudi 18 : mini-bal trad « Bring Bal », à 19 heures sur la place du Marché.
Friday the 19th : participatory concert for all audiences with Le Père Cucu, at 6 p.m. on the Market Square, followed by a Spanish inn meal; world music concert, at 7 p.m. in Léo Verhagen’s garden, behind the Au Coin du Marché café.
Samedi 20 : musical stroll by the Traditional Traditional Fanfare (FAT), at 5:30 p.m. from the Ehpad; concert by the La Grande Métairie choir and intervention by Father Cucu, at 6 p.m. in the public garden; open stages, at 6:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. at the public garden and FAT concert, at 8 p.m. at the public garden.
