Castéra-Verduzan. The Music Festival is getting ready

The youth center will offer, on June 20 and 21, two days dedicated to music, integrating into this national festival officially created in France in 1982 by Maurice Fleuret, director of music and dance, on a proposal from Jack Lang, then Minister of Culture. A tradition where everyone can come on stage to play music, in the street and others. An unmissable cultural event in the towns. In Castéra, this edition will take place in two stages on Saturday 20; place an evening “2000s with the System D podium”. You will find the greatest hits of this period allowing you to dance on the floor. Sunday concert with the duo “Elo and Franck” who will offer a pop rock musical program. A duo already having a busy calendar throughout the season also demonstrating the musical quality offered thanks to the numerous dates planned, a sign of recognition.

The full program: Saturday June 20, at 7 p.m., “2000s” evening with the System D podium, Tchiki Party and food truck. Sunday June 21, from 11:30 a.m.: catering with tapas; at 12 p.m., concert with Elo and Franck, and 2:30 p.m., pétanque competition.
