Almost two years after the death of Alain Delon at the age of 88Anouchka Delon has her brothers, Anthony and Alain-Fabien, sentenced to suspended fines of 1,000 euros for having recorded or published a private conversation between their sister Anouchka and their late father. The two brothers, aged 61 and 32, are also ordered to pay, as damages and interest, the sums of 2,000 and 3,000 euros to their sister. The actor’s daughter was suing her two brothers for “use, retention or disclosure of a document or recording obtained by invasion of the privacy of another.” On March 17, only Alain-Fabien attended the hearing. “I do everything to honor the memory of my father who could not defend himself at the end of his life”he defended himself at the bar. Anthony Delon, for his part, was unable to make the trip because he was filming in the provinces.

Anouchka Delon criticized Alain-Fabien for broadcasting on his Instagram account a private conversation between her and her father, recorded on January 5, 2024 in their family residence in Douchy, in Loiret. The latter had hidden his phone in a napkin placed on the kitchen table, where the star of the Guépard with his daughter. During 1min48 of conversation, we could hear Anouchka, worried, whispering in her father’s ear: “They’re burying me and you’re being taken for a moron. And I’m an idiot who manipulates his father. (They say) that you’re doting, that Anthony is going to put you under guardianship.” Anouchka Delon, absent from the hearing, is “very happy and relieved by this decision which does him justice”declared one of his lawyers, Me Axelle Schmitz. “She hopes that this decision will lead her brothers to think about their behavior. What she wants is to turn the page on this affair which has deeply hurt her and she expresses only one wish: appeasement,” she added.
A war of inheritance within the Delon clan
Since the disappearance of Alain Delon, the actor’s children are torn over his estate. Anthony and Alain-Fabien had accused their sister of manipulating their father, by hiding his state of health, to bring him back to Switzerland for tax reasons. For her part, Anouchka Delon accused her brothers of endangering the actor’s life by letting him seek treatment in France. Alain-Fabien Delon also took legal action in September 2025 to cancel his father’s last will, under Swiss law, which was more favorable to Anouchka.
