Guest of “Télématin” this Saturday, the chef confided an embarrassing anecdote during the filming of an M6 entertainment program.

The “Télématin” teams are teasing with their guest. This Saturday, May 16, Samuel Ollivier and Mélanie Taravant received Norbert Tarayre on the France 2 morning show on the occasion of the release of his cookbook with an airfryer. But when the chef arrived, the management sent a song which initially made Mercotte’s replacement in “The Best Pastry Chef” uncomfortable.

Upon entering the set, Norbert Tarayre was surprised to hear the song “Sur ma route” by Black M and burst into laughter. “No, you don’t have to explain! Stop, you’re going to embarrass me in the morning. It’s a file. It’s because of Issa Doumbia,” said the guest, hilarious. Before explaining that it is a reference to a shameful passage in an M6 show.

“I sing like a saucepan”

“It was in “We all sing against cancer”. I was asked to learn the Black M song. Which I did. I kept doing rehearsals every night,” said the chef revealed in “Top Chef.” And to specify that when he came to the set, the entertainment production had asked him to sing playback during the filming of the musical show.

But Norbert Tarayre confided that he was frustrated at having rehearsed and ultimately not singing. He therefore decided to speak up anyway: “I didn’t listen. I thought I was a rapper like Black M, with the cap a little crooked. A sleeveless down jacket. In front of everyone, an audience of people. Obviously filmed.” “Except that I didn’t have the feedback. In fact, I sing like a casserole,” he revealed, indicating that on stage, Black M and presenter Stéphane Rotenberg withdrew on the sly. “I thought I could sing really well, but no. It was only afterwards that I understood that I was a real problem,” concluded the Six host.
