THE June 26, 27 and 28, 2026the Miro Festival célébrera to 5e édition à Ostwaldin the heart of the Strasbourg Eurometropolis. Supported by the association Nice To Meat You and by the restaurant Mirodont Robin Dorgler is the chef, the event pursues its ambition: to bring together gastronomy, music, crafts and encounters in the same festive and creative momentum.

Set in a green setting, the Miro Festival has established itself as a unique event, at the crossroads of culinary and musical cultures. For three days, chefs, artisans, artists, exhibitors and festival-goers will come together around a program designed as a global experience. Cuisine can be experienced live, music is shared in the open air, know-how comes together in a friendly and lively atmosphere.

This 2026 edition will bring together 15 masterclasses, 12 artistes et 13 exhibitors. In the shade of the terrace of the Miro restaurant, the masterclasses will allow the public to get closer to the gestures, techniques and worlds of chefs, pastry chefs, sommeliers, roasters and spirits specialists. Among the guests are notably Tino SinghrajFrench sushi champion 2024 and chef of the starred restaurant Toki à Madrid, Gilles Leiningerchef étoilé du Secret Garden, Nicolas Koffel of Banquet of the Sophists, Patrick Fritz of L’Ami Fritz, Laura Schneider pastry Lemon Yellow, Benjamin Stammler of Uncle Cake, Hugo Ehrhardt you restaurant Sharing in Andlau, or Tristan Weinling you restaurant Utopia à Gueberschwihr.

La scène sucrée sera également représentée par Mathis et Samuel Anstettcrowned junior world pastry champions with Jumsfood. The festival will also welcome profiles from other horizons, like Mehdi Boucenna of Camondo à Paris, de Thibault Sizunfounder of the restaurant Janine à Paris, de Café Moxaof Silvère Thouretsommelier du Miro, they Benjamin Missoffe of the Mezcal Brothersor even Serge Valentinfounder of the Whiskyfun site and international reference in the world of whiskey.

Alongside gastronomy, music will occupy a central place. The Miro Festival boasts an open stage, mixing local artists and international talents from Canada, Germany, Portugal, Brazil, Belgium, Paris and Strasbourg. House, funk, South American grooves, North African sounds, electronic influences, lives and DJ sets will make up a diverse program. Among the artists announced are DJ Cinéma Quartier Latin, Daisy Weweh, Thank you so much, Mira Ló³, Batukizer, Medusas, Algerian Vinyl, Bogdan Ra, The DJ Q, Gyros, Jun Doe et Want a Duo?.

The exhibitors’ village will extend this hybrid identity, between craftsmanship, creation and delicacy. Ceramics, cutlery, handpoke tattoos, dental rhinestones, specialty coffee, flowers, microgreens, photography, artisanal charcuterie, responsible fashion or creative accessories will enrich the festival-goers’ journey. Inès Céramique, FeelnChill, Maison Stamm, Tonton Ben Tattoo, Pimp Ton Smile, Jade, The Praise of Flowers, Of Art and Pig, GreenLab, Thomas Dorgler Photography or even Slap your rhinestones will be part of this edition focused on local know-how.

On the food side, the Miro restaurant team will offer festival cuisine in its image, under the leadership of Robin Dorgler: creative, precise and nourished by travel. Revisited tartes flambées, signature burgers and nods to flavors from elsewhere will compose a menu designed especially for the event.

After a 2025 edition marked by three days of festival, 18 masterclasses, 11 artists, 50 volunteers and 10 exhibitors, the Miro Festival will reach a symbolic milestone in 2026. This 5th edition confirms the identity of a meeting on a human scale, festive and demanding, where gastronomy dialogues with music, where artisans meet the public, and where the Alsatian territory opens up to influences from elsewhere.
