Almost three months ago, Kelly Vedovelli created a surprise by announcing on her social networks that she was pregnant with her first child. In a very simple, natural and unfussy video, she revealed the reaction of her loved ones to this beautiful news, between tears and cries of joy. The only one absent from these images was her companion, the father of her baby, whom she chose to keep away from social networks and to preserve anonymity for the moment. Once this little secret was shared, the former TPMP columnist did not hesitate to involve her community in this new adventure. Ultrasounds, first signs of baby bump… she shared with her subscribers the beginnings of this pregnancy as the days went by, sometimes even with some slightly awkward little confidences, such as the gender of her baby. But in recent weeks, his absence has started to be noticed, to the point of worrying some of his subscribers.

Faced with the concerns of her fans, Kelly Vedovelli finally returned to Instagram to (finally) give her news. She actually took the floor to explain this prolonged withdrawal, linked to a pregnancy more complicated than expected, challenging both physically and morally. A situation which therefore forced her to move away from television sets as well as from her community, leaving her subscribers without news for several weeks. On Instagram, she therefore shared a few photos where she appears with a rounded stomach, looking back on these last few weeks which were not easy. She confides in particular: “back after two months bedridden”, a message which says a lot about this strict rest. Still fragile, she nevertheless shows herself standing in certain images, and also slips this word to her subscribers: “I allow myself to stand up for you and for all the messages of love that I receive every day”.

Always closely followed, Kelly Vedovelli continues to experience this pregnancy with great precautions. Her daily life is still punctuated by rest and vigilance, but she still wants to remain at least present for her community, at her own pace, giving her news when she can, without doing too much. In complete transparency, she confides that she wants to remain “present” on her social networks, but also recalls that priorities have clearly changed for her. “I no longer count, the main thing is what’s inside”, explains Kelly, a sentence which well sums up the state of mind of the moment. A way for her to remember that the essential is elsewhere at the moment. And inevitably, the messages of support continue to arrive in droves: her community has been there since the start of this pregnancy, between kind words and constant encouragement, and clearly, it is not now that she is going to give up.
