A bombshell complaint has surfaced in Kylie Jenner’s circle. According to court documents obtained by E! News on April 21, Angelica Vasquez, the former housekeeper of the billionaire, is suing her for discrimination. Described as “a Salvadoran woman and devout Catholic,” the plaintiff claims to have worked at the Hidden Hills residence between September 2024 and August 2025, and that “this period turned into a nightmare.” As reported by E!, Vasquez allegedly was “systematically assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks, excluded from the cleaning team, publicly belittled and humiliated in front of colleagues because of her race, national origin, and religion, and subjected to intimidation and degrading treatment.” These are serious accusations, painting a picture of a particularly oppressive work environment.
Violence behind Kylie Jenner’s golden doors The complaint goes even further. In March 2025, “the situation allegedly turned violent”: as reported, Vasquez claims that “things became violent” when an anonymous supervisor allegedly threw hangers at her feet while reprimanding her. A humiliating scene that she believes is part of a pattern of ongoing harassment. When she spoke up, she faced repercussions. According to E!, she allegedly experienced “increased workload, reduction in scheduled hours, false accusations and disciplinary warnings, continuous public humiliation, as well as hostile verbal and physical behaviors.” Under this pressure, Angelica Vasquez had to take a medical leave in July 2025, after developing “anxiety, severe stress, and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder.” Upon her return, nothing reportedly changed, leading her to “resign” in August 2025, as the working conditions had become “intolerable.”
Kylie Jenner ordered to repay the plaintiff As for Kylie Jenner, there has been no response. The star’s legal representatives have not commented, and she has not made a public statement. It is important to note that the complaint does not directly accuse her of discrimination: “Timothée Chalamet’s girlfriend” is named alongside two limited liability companies and 25 unidentified individuals. In addition to punitive damages, Vasquez is seeking from Kim Kardashian’s half-sister “unpaid wages, meal and rest period premiums, unreimbursed professional expenses, unpaid sick leave, and any other unlawfully withheld compensation.” Stay tuned for updates.
