Wyndham Clark’s quest for a second U.S. Open title comes with a six-shot lead, but also with World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler alongside him for the final 18 holes.
Clark and Scheffler will form the final group on Sunday at Shinnecock Hills, heading off the first tee at 2:30 p.m. ET with the leader trying to become the 24th man to win a second U.S. Open trophy. Scheffler won’t just be looking to make history with a six-shot comeback, but a victory will complete the career grand slam on his 30th birthday.
