The town offers a week full of events, from the commemoration of June 18 to the Music Festival concerts, including the theater.
La Londe-les-Maures is preparing to experience a particularly lively week from June 15 to 21, 2026, marking the real launch of its summer season. Between cultural events, moments of commemoration and open-air festivities, the program promises to be dense and varied for residents and visitors.
An eclectic cultural offering
The week will first be dedicated to the arts. The Horace-Vernet Gallery will host, from June 16 to 28, the exhibition “Poetic emotions” by the painter Isabelle Eisenberg. Entry will be free every day, offering a great opportunity to discover its world.
Theater will also be in the spotlight with two plays presented by the Compagnie de l’Estelle Londaise at the Salle Yann-Piat. On Thursday June 18 at 8:30 p.m., the public will be able to attend a performance of “Three men and a bassinet”. The next day, Friday June 19 at the same time, the company will play “And meanwhile, Simone watches overâ€. Reservations are recommended for these two evenings (prices: €12, €8 for CCAS seniors, €5 for children under 12).
Finally, local talents will be highlighted on Wednesday June 17 at 6:30 p.m., with the Music School Festival in the Romboni car park, an open-air concert by the students of the Espace Musical Londais.
Commemoration and civic life
On Thursday June 18 at 6 p.m., a solemn moment will bring together the people of London on the square in front of the Town Hall for the ceremony of the 86th anniversary of the Appeal of June 18, 1940 by General de Gaulle. A reception will be offered by the municipality at the end of this tribute.
Associative and civic life will not be left out. On Saturday June 20, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., a used book sale will be organized by Bibliothèque Pour Tous for the benefit of the Telethon. The same day, at 10 a.m., a free conference on the start of the preschool section, led by a specialist nurse, will be held at the Salle Cassin to support young parents.
The kick-off of summer activities
Several events will mark the start of the summer festivities. From Tuesday June 16, the Bormettes summer market will take place every week on Place Françoise-Belot. On Thursday June 18, from 6 p.m. to midnight, the first craft night of the season will bring life to Port Miramar, an initiative of the Intercommunal Tourist Office which will be repeated every Thursday until September.
On Friday June 19, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., the merchant association La Londe & Co will offer a festive afterwork with the operation “Rue Foch is ours!” HAS”. On the program: entertainment, magic, music and opening of businesses at night.
The highlight of the Music Festival
The week will end in apotheosis on Sunday June 21 with the 43rd edition of the Music Festival. For the occasion, the City has scheduled five free concerts which will begin simultaneously at 9 p.m. in emblematic places in the town:
–  Port Miramar : Pop from the 60s to the present day with Faaf Prod.
–  Baie des Isles : Bossa nova with the group Agua Fogo.
–  Forum de l’Argentière : Live DJ set par Christophe Sun Audio.
–  City Hall square : Pop-rock with the group No Name.
–  Garden of Olives : Concert de variétés par le Chœur Allégria.
This varied musical program will allow everyone to celebrate the first day of summer with music, in the atmosphere of their choice.
