From June 12 to 14, Metz offers a particularly busy weekend with several major events spread throughout the city.
On the cultural side, several major exhibitions devoted in particular to François Morellet, and the successful exhibition From the Big Bang to Man which this time returns to the botanical garden.
The Dancing Fountains – Swan Lake return for the entire summer season.
On Saturday, the 2026 Pride March starts at the Esplanade and will continue at Les Frigos, while sports fans will be able to follow the French Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship at the Arenas or take part in the Trail du Saint-Quentin. On the sports side, the competition will also be played at the Dezavelle stadium for the Moselle African Cup and in Bellecroix with the Boxing Ring 2026. And to discover a part of Metz, explore Queuleu during the traditional Cuculotinne.

The evenings will also be lively with the charity concert “With Our Blesseds” at the cathedral, the comedian Florian Lex at the Metz Congress Robert Schuman and the group Tropical Fuck Storm at the Trinitaires on Sunday evening.
For families, several activities are offered, including the urban investigation “The Fantastic Quest – the Mystery of the Dragons”, shows for young audiences and numerous guided tours of Metz heritage.
