Culture Wars moves to Trabendo and releases its first album

Culture Wars is seriously arriving in France: the Texan alt-rock group has just moved its Parisian concert from June 29 to Trabendo, driven by demand, and is taking the opportunity to present its very first album, “Don’t Speak†.

Between growing venues, a single with tens of millions of streams and their first long format finally available, the trio offers a real turning point after a decisive year.

From Petit Bain to Trabendo, the rise in power

Initially planned at Petit Bain, the Parisian Culture Wars concert finally moves to Trabendo, still on June 29. A change of venue which says a lot about the enthusiasm around the group.

Good news if you already had your place: tickets purchased for the Petit Bain remain valid for the Trabendo. And for latecomers, new tickets are now on sale.

With its alt-rock cut out for the big stages, its massive choruses and an energy calibrated for live performances, Culture Wars arrives in Paris after having completed a US/UK tour and providing opening acts in arenas for Maroon 5, Keane and LANY. The Trabendo may be the last opportunity to see them in a venue of this size before they aim even bigger.

“Don’t Speakâ€: a raw and introspective first album

At the same time as this Parisian concert, Culture Wars released “Don’t Speak†, its first album, via AWAL. A record which arrives after the success of the single “It Hurts”, already credited with more than 66 million streams, and which clearly establishes the group in the new alt-rock wave to follow.

Led by the voice of Alex Dugan, “Don’t Speak†explores the contradictions and gray areas between what we have been and what we want to become. The record talks about doubt, reconstruction and acceptance, without any pretense.

We find there in particular “Typical Ways†, “Lies†or “Bittersweet†, three titles which paint a very personal story but in which many should recognize themselves. Nervous guitars, choruses that stay in your head and production designed to resonate loudly on stage: everything is done to ensure that these songs take on yet another dimension live, including at Trabendo.

An alt-rock band made for the big stages

With “Don’t Speak†, Culture Wars asserts a sound that is ambitious, powerful and clearly designed to bring people together. We are far from the small confidential project: the group is already moving forward with a solid audience, built on the road and in streaming, and is preparing a world tour in 2026.

For fans of emotionally charged alt-rock, choruses to scream in chorus and concerts where you leave rinsed but galvanized, Culture Wars is becoming a name to know. The show on June 29 at Trabendo promises to be a good gateway: a pivotal moment where we can still see them up close, while feeling that they are already thinking about very large rooms.

Whether you discovered the group with “Don’t Speak†or you have already binge-watched “It Hurts†over and over again, the equation is simple: an intense first album, a concert that changes venue to think bigger, and a Texan group that establishes itself permanently on the alternative scene. It’s up to you if you want to experience this climb live, or catch it later from the stands of an arena.
