France Culture invites itself to the Enki Bilal Fund, a new cultural space in Paris

The inaugural program of this new cultural space, located in the heart of Paris, highlights Enki Bilal through a major retrospective of his work. An unclassifiable artist, at the crossroads of cinema, comics, painting and writing, Enki Bilal has been deploying a plural, coherent and visionary body of work for over fifty years.

Retracing five decades of creation, this exhibition invites you to explore this sprawling imagination where history and anticipation, the intimate and the collective, sensuality and violence meet through more than 200 works by the artist.

A major retrospective of the artist, where comic strips, painting, cinema and writing intersect, to be discovered at the Enki Bilal Fund in Paris, until November 1, 2026.
