The month of June promises to be particularly lively in the Pays de Stenay, with a rich program mixing culture, heritage, leisure and conviviality.

A very cultural start to the month

Friday June 5 the small village hall will host, at 5 p.m., the conference by Francine Saint-Ramond: South India: another world – Discovery of the Dekkan region. The same evening, the Chat’Ernelle troupe will present the play Momo, little prince of Blueberries at the Other City.

Saturday June 6 the Beer Museum will offer a thematic guided tour entitled From the citadel to the malthouse: the museum before the museum.

Sunday June 7 the Chapelle des Arts will host a poetry afternoon. The nursing home will also be celebrating, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., with entertainment and a big raffle. A flea market will be held in Mouzay and the Grand Prix Rétro d’Yvois will cross the canton with its vintage racing cars.

Flea markets, dance and nature

Tuesday June 9 the semi-night market will take place at the marina.

Wednesday June 10 the Taverne du musée de la Bière organizes an après-midi gaufres.

Saturday June 13 a flea market will take place at the Dodanne pond. The same day, the Rev’Errance dance show will be presented at l’Autre Cité, at 3 p.m. then at 7:30 p.m.

Sunday June 14 the Other City will host the Ciné Bambin Hello summer.

Wednesday June 17 a nature outing will be organized in Pouilly-sur-Meuse with the Conservatory of Natural Spaces.

La fête avant l’été

Saturday June 20, the Beer Museum will participate in the Partir en Livre operation. In the evening, the Tavern will host the Renaud Music Festival concert in complete privacy.

Sunday June 21 Cesse will celebrate the summer festival from 8 a.m., with a peasant and craft market, flea market and exhibition of vintage cars.

Friday June 26 Stenay vibrate au rythme de Kiosque en fête.

Saturday June 27 the SteFem association will organize a feminist march.

Finally, Sunday June 28 the Tavern of the Beer Museum will host an open chess tournament, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
