Located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, in the immediate vicinity of the Louvre, the Tuileries gardens and the Comédie-Française, this set of offices bringing together two communicating buildings offers more than 150 Ashurst employees a high-end working environment, combining architectural excellence, comfort of use and the highest standards in terms of environmental performance.
Part of a growth dynamic, this move supports Ashurst’s ambition to welcome new teams and strengthen its attractiveness to the best talents.
A real estate complex rehabilitated to meet new high-end office standards, combining quality of use and energy performance
This exceptional real estate complex, bringing together two buildings located respectively on rue des Pyramides and rue Saint-Honoré, has been the subject of a tailor-made renovation aimed at modernizing the spaces while preserving the historical identity and character of the place.
Designed by Mars Architectes, these new premises, leased for 9 years in 2024, will offer Ashurst, upon its move in July, a working environment combining heritage and modernity, ergonomics, comfort, flexibility and high-end services. Each floor has been designed to promote optimal working conditions, thanks to a strong presence of natural light, modular spaces, informal lounges, meeting rooms and ergonomic workstations. These new premises will promote synergies and collaboration between teams, while respecting confidentiality, and will contribute to everyone’s well-being. The design and decoration of the interior spaces were entrusted to Studio Jean-Philippe Nuel, which has an elegant and contemporary approach.
The building also stands out for respecting the highest standards in terms of environmental performance. It benefits from BREEAM RFO Very Good level, HQE Sustainable Building V4 Very Good level certifications as well as the Osmoz Ready built lever label, attesting to the environmental quality and well-being offered to occupants.
In accordance with the objectives of the tertiary decree, the building aims to reduce its energy consumption by 60% by 2050. The spaces are thus heated and air-conditioned via urban networks, supplemented by intelligent management of ventilation, heating and LED lighting, allowing to combine user comfort and control of the carbon footprint.
The reception areas, which offer remarkable perspectives on the great Parisian monuments, will constitute an exceptional welcome place for the clients and partners of the Ashurst firm, conducive to exchanges and strategic support.
